Kingdom Beneath The Sea: Nadia

This is the final design of the main character for my senior project. Her name is Nadia. She is extroverted and lively, but also thinking and rational. She dislikes routine and has trouble confiding in others. By the end of the story, she should grow to have more confidence in abilities and more trust in the people who have always looked out for her.

She lives on the pacific island where her dad is a marine biologist. As a small child, she was swept out to sea by a storm and ended up in the Sea Kingdom. She was saved by the Sea Princess, who fed her a giant pearl that was even more beautiful than the reflection of the moon on the water. Now she can breathe underwater and talk to sea turtles.
